Goodwill Missouri/Kansas

Goodwill approached us to help define their positioning statements. They key issue was that most people recognized them for their Thrift stores but didn't realize that their predominant focus was to find employment for individuals with mental, emotional or physical barriers. Through a process of discovery and research we gleaned some great information from the staff and CEO and organized it into a case statement, key vision and mission, values and attributes. Using the results Goodwill Missouri & Kansas were able to redesign their website and realign their communication in the new direction.
